Westbank Homeowner's Association

On June 18, 2010, the West Bank Homeowners Association (the "WBHOA") wrote a
letter to Chairman Enas requesting clarification as to the position of the
Colorado River Indian Tribes (the "Tribe") with regard to the WBHOA. On June 30,
2010 Chairman Enas responded to this request. While much of the correspondence
between the WBHOA and the Tribe has been posted on the WBHOA's website, the
Chairman Enas's June 30 letter has not. Links to copies of both letters are
