Issuance of Writ of Restitution (Motion) against the Water Wheel Camp Recreation
Area, Inc. in the Tribal Court of the Colorado River Indian Tribes (Court). The

Recreation Area, Inc. and its agents or employees.
According to testimony provided by Robert Johnson, the agents or employees of
the Water Wheel Camp Recreation Area, Inc. are Robert Johnson, Christine

individual residents of the Water Wheel Resort.
For your information, copies of the the Tribe's filings will be posted on the
Tribe's website www.crit-nsn.gov. The Tribe sincerely hopes this action will
not interfere with your continued use and enjoyment of the Water Wheel Resort.

Sincerely,
Colorado River Indian Tribes
